I’d heard good things about this place so I had to check it out for myself. Safe to say I was one happy and very full customer when I left! Moby has three stories and if you can score a table on the rooftop you’ll be there all day. Really nice atmosphere and interesting menu!
WHAT I ORDERED
- Sushi bowl: Cured salmon, brown rice, avocado, edamame, miso mayo & nori dusted tortilla crisp
- Mixed berry iced tea with freeze dried raspberries
- Nice rooftop
- Good variety on the menu
- Great “extras” to chose from
My brunch buddy ordered a dish with peanuts which was a bit risky for me but with 5/17 menu options containing nuts there was still nice meals to chose from
Ordering straight off the menu would be challenging for those with fructose malabsorption but not impossible if you choose to build your own breakfast or have the sushi bowl like me. A few good GF options on the menu as well
It’s not often that I give staff the speil of my requirements and they actually understand the fructose thing! In this case the waitress was very aware of what it all meant and made me feel very comfortable. She checked with the chef but also assured me we could make changes if necessary
They were very happy to help and I felt confident that my requirements could easily be met
So damn tasty… and big serving size!
